I see a lot of signs outside bathrooms that say "you're welcome to use whichever bathroom is most comfortable and appropriate for you". But what if neither of them is comfortable and appropriate?

I mean, I see a womens bathroom and a mens bathroom. But I don't see a clean bathroom.
