No, but I've heard a song called "Year of the Rat".

Same question.

Yes, I know The Year of the Cat. It gives me the feels! Cat Stevens' voice makes me very emotional in a good way. The first song I remember ever hearing in my life was Morning has Broken when I was about three or four. It was on the radio and I was struck by the lyrics. I didn't know how morning could break, but I loved it anyway.

Do you know the song Bungle in the Jungle? Somehow I just realized it's a metaphor about living in the city. lol.
I don't do well with idioms, apparently.

(OOPS, I'm not sure Cat Stevens did Year of the Cat. I think it was maybe Al Stewart? Regardless I love it) :)

Yes, I am. I don't really like surrealism because I find it cerebral rather than emotional. I'm not a big fan of Dali but I like some of Magritte's work.

Do you like grapefruit juice?

Yep. I also like a few other Peter Paul and Mary songs.

Though I once had the choice of going to the Baseball Hall of Fame, or attending a Peter Paul and Mary concert, when I was 9. Guess what I picked?

Do you believe "I Dig Rock and Roll Music" by Peter Paul and Mary to be a mockery of rock pretention?

I really hope you chose the PPM concert but I doubt it.

I don't think I know that song (I Dig Rock and Roll). I'll see if I have it somewhere. Chances are you're right, though :)

Do you like John Denver?

Nope. Picked the Baseball Hall of Fame!

Rocky Mountain High is one of my favorites.

Do you like Bob Denver?

I love John Denver! I'm not familiar with Bob Denver. Somehow I'm picturing Gilligan? lol

I just posted PPM, Bread and John Denver on What are You Listening To, for your listening pleasure.

Do you feel like John Denver's voice tastes like fresh, cool water or is that my synaesthesia?

You pictured Gilligan correctly! Bob Denver played Gilligan; plus he played Maynard G. Krebs on "The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis."

Ever seen "The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis?" There was a nice, nerdy girl on that show; I've always found her cute.

Nope; looking it up, it appears to be before my time. Though I have seen a couple old shows.

Same question.

No, I don't watch any American TV these days. I've also pretty much given up on the British stuff as well, come to think of it.

Are you a regular purchaser from Amazon via the internet?

Yep....probably too much.....but it's just much more convenient than going to the store/shop.

Big Box Store, or Amazon?
