I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy 9 years ago. The worst thing about those was drinking that DISGUSTING (! !!) prep drink before I had them :eew:

if I trusted Doctors more , might have more regular colonoscopies .. Got a bunch of Yard work done today..
forgot it was hot .. perserverated on the gardnening ..about 3 hours ...got myself some heat exhaustion..
zfriend asked if I needed to see a Doctor .. checked my insurance , then figured out, not enough extra spoons to deal with medicos....but recovered ...... just the sane . :D kinda ruined the rest of the day though. 8O :(

Cannot even stand the night before prep & poop drink.. destroys my very hard earned sleep hygiene . :skull:

Good luck with the floor. I'll show you some good yoga moves for your back.

The floor is done!

Took twice as long as I thought but pretty happy with that. I bought this laminate second hand for about £30 several years ago and it's been in my garage every since. Nice to finally get it down.
