Drugs and living in da hood, shouldn't surprise anyone that the CIA is screwing the poor, they see them like chess pieces to be experimented on cause they are horrible gov agency and shouldn't exist. Everyone should be on the same page for an agency to sustain its self, if you want to do xyz then you should start out doing xyz. They already overstepped their boundaries back with the original MKUltra so they should not have ever been allowed to continue, boom, period.

I lay down and had ‘quiet time’ when my kids just went to sleep. No bad thoughts just peace. Breathing, grateful for the quiet moment. Now I realize that was meditation. Not so hard !

Forgot I let the dog out.. go to let her in and she got loose. drove around for a while and eventually got a call from someone about a mile away

Also saw a skinny fox with a baby rabbit for dinner and a cat was trying to chase it down
