Something about the smoothies I’ve been having these days, is truly helping my anxiety. Not in a dramatic manner, but noticeable to me. It gives a subtle boost.
Maybe my brain needed those minerals and vitamins that a nutrient-dense smoothie can give.
The thing about nutrition and autism is nonsense though. My mom raised us on organic wholesome foods, forced us to have stuff like goat’s milk and Chinese tonics, etc. High probiotics, chlorophyll, no junk food except once in a while, etc. She was crazy about that stuff.
Still, I was autistic that entire time.
Although she never did anything about it!
