Nothing...absolutly nothing (I am an american so that is a lie) not because I am american but because how the f**k do you think Im doing? I am sure the bbc or other british and european networks have reported on what is going on in the U.S.A right now and so i figure most of you are glad you aren't on this side of the pond and want no part of this. but other than that all good.

I don't want to take anymore anti-asthma medications anymore.

It better be ending sooner because my body feels like a bigger enabler of crap these past days, just like back then when my progress hadn't moved since age 15.

Tomorrow night is supposedly the recommend time I stop.
Don't care if I still get damn lung symptoms past that. I don't want it.
