^Thanks dude. You should. It's quite rewarding, really changes the feel of the room when you change the floor.

Good luck with the floor. I'll show you some good yoga moves for your back.

I'm cat and cowing on the new floor. Actually it's my hands that really ache today. Is there yoga for hands?

I did my bedroom in my old flat and it didn't take long with tongue and groove stuff. I'm only thinking about skating round my flat on wet weather days

Well done, Duck! It looks great!

-----

All the pet care stuff. Hoovered the house again. Made a chicken and rice dish that I won't eat. Took mum for blood tests with her walker, and stayed at her house afterward during her home physio appointment. Cleaned her pool. Went for a swim and did 25 laps. Donated a bunch of shoes to charity on the way home. Looked around in the charity shop but didn't find anything. Picked up my daughter's medicine. Got fuel for the car. Sent MR some photos he's been asking for.

I think that's about it.

Oh I'm buzzing me. I've turned my flat into a mini indoor skatepark  it's top!

I go through the kitchen and out into the hall and then turn right at the end of the corridor and into the living room and from there I do another right back into the kitchen. The only trouble is is that the living room is carpeted but that'll soon change when I get it laminated

I'm gonna get a mini ramp now

I created some Sandman characters as their Sim versions :) When they are ready, I'll add them to the gallery.

My day followed this repeating pattern:

1. Trying to do something
2. Getting too hot
3. Getting irritable
4. Having a cold shower to reset

Beginagain.

So, when are you installing the empty pool?

Sat in front of the fire.
Ate cheese on crackers.
Drank red wine.
And a nice cup of tea.
I'm exhausted now.

I don't know what the council would have to say about that

Up to now today I had a bit of a lie in actually. Did plan to work but I sacked it off and stayed in my bed listening to music. Then I got up at about 7 and had some porridge and a cup of tea and watched a bit of telly. Then I made myself semi presentable and went outside to do my jump rope (as part of my therapeutic process) then I came back in and went on my exercise bike for 30 minutes and then I had a nice lovely bubble bath and then I've put the washing machine on and now I'm sat down with my second cup of tea for the day and an apple and watching more telly. The days still young but I'm just gonna relax now

After a week of not doing much, I made some good progress on the scale model of my house I'm putting together.
It's nice to feel like I've accomplished something even if it's totally pointless.

Dug out dirt to make a path.

Cut up tree
Split logs for the fire

I recovered from a breakdown. That's probably worth celebrating. Well, I'm off to decompress.

Been up since 5. I worked for an hour then I got the old silicone stuff from round my bath, cleaned the bathroom tiles while I was at it, I went to Aldi and Sainsbury's and then came home and prepared the veg for tonight's tea and then did a bit more in the bathroom and then I philosophised over a piece of toast and then decided that wasn't enough so I ate an apple but that wasn't as philosophical and now I gonna make a cup of tea
