For the last 3 or so days now, I've been consuming 8 medium sized bananas on average.

Because -- after taking that medication, in which I have to take 3 times a day throughout the day, it takes me about 3 medium sized bananas for me to stop shaking...

So, needed about 9 bananas to feel comfortable.
8 because I'm skimping around the budget.




That, or find me a stronger potassium supplement that can match that.
Or have me stop taking said medication and might as well bare with not breathing well until this crap on my lungs goes away.

Or an alternative that doesn't have to make me consume and spend on that amount of bananas a day.

As soon as I'm actually well, I might as well use that medication and have a little literal test run...


... Because I want to rule out if I actually have a form of exercise induced asthma or something else that still needs working out.

Because I actually like working out. My sensory system needs it.
Only that my body doesn't allow me.

Hard breathing when running to a point I'm doubting myself when I had joined a fun run, getting sick for days after full intense workouts...

I ride a bike. I walk a lot. I do not physically slack on a regular basis. But I do not improve, I cannot go further.
So why I fail at beyond that, even for something like jogging, lifting and improving from it?

Today I woke up, my tinnitus changed on my left ear.

Like another layer popped up, very different from the continuous high pitch sound.
It's lower pitched and it's like a continuous jingle of a bell.
