I can't stop hair-stimming. I think I'm accidentally pulling out so much hair that it's cancelling out my hair growth

I pretty much stopped drinking soda and now I find it's way too sweet when I try to have some.

I’ve never been a big soda drinker. I only drink it once in a while and with a lot of ice to water it down a bit. I also prefer Pepsi products over Coke - Wild Cherry Pepsi or Mountain Dew.
