So... Day 4 is "depression".
Why the quotation marks?
It's more like a mood lens perception distorter than a reaction to something adverse.
Depression supposed to make someone more realistic, disillusioned, lacking motivation and seeing the point of things -- not one of those daily living of presumptuous negativity that disregards data and justifies apathy, actively disregards future or forward thinking without an argument.
It's more like "sluggish" without the fatigue, lowness, or more objective apathy.
There's no roots of regret, resignation, distress, mourning, or even numbness or hollowness.
And I call it a distorter because it makes my head more insecure, perceives slights as more aggressive than usual.
But I knew better, as always, being able to pierce the veil of whatever my head thinks it is.
Now I don't have the burden of chronic stress that the chronic sneezing that gave me, it's never been clearer that I was right.
