Ignore "self".
Focus at "will".

To focus, not a problem.
To ignore, however, a problem.

You just reminded me of John Legend’s 2025 “Get Lifted” tour.

Just pick a random recommended series or movie (in some cases, channels within time) and just watch them. :o

If you have a genre of choice you can be very specific in your inquiries.
Else, just don't spend your time watching trailers and teasers over too many choices. Just pick one, waste half an hour more or less over it, then decide to keep going or switch.

:D Reminds me of the actual first days of overcoming maladaptive daydreaming.
And I'm enjoying it. Finally can binge without involuntarily "extending" beyond 'canon' and the platform where I watch it.

I just binge watched a full series of something in itvx and I couldn't tell you the first thing of what it's about

That's how much my thoughts are bouncing about in my head

It was a show that under normal circumstances I know I would have really got stuck into

I'm gonna try and watch it all again some time

Technically working at 3AM on a "homework". I don't like dealing with it tomorrow.

So many backlogs of whatever crap I missed because of illness and unwarranted sub job that lasted 3 weeks!

Technically I wasted an entire month of not dealing with MY affairs for being too busy for someone else and "for me". With quotations because it's not voluntary.

Still annoyed and pissed, really.

I am reallyyyyy tired from exercise yesterday. I'm looking forward to my body getting in shape and not needing two days of recovery.

Few pages worth of "homework" done for tonight.

21 pages of detailed handwritten entries to go.

And, sigh, more papers to pass to in... Less than 5 hours give or take.

How masking itself is not the privilege, but the option and choice of when and when not to.

Here's the logic:

Like; you got legs, one that works.
One that can move properly. One that can walk, run, jump, dance, etc.
You don't need any mobility aides, even.

Oh sure, you have that choice.

But do you want to use your legs 24/7 or at least the entirety of your waking life?
Never sit down? Never lie down? Only run, only walk, maybe only standing? No choice to rest and use a chair?

Do you want to dance for 8 hours straight? If you can, should you??

Only difference is that most people can't just do that, thus it's more acceptable to rest.

But being forced to use your legs past exhaustion? Wouldn't that be unethical to teach a kid to perform for that long or tragically negligent if that's how someone had to survive and make a living?

What is privilege of an ability in being forced into a burden because of said ability?

If you're not allowed to unmask for most of your waking life, that said ability to mask is so dependent on everything you had to do in life, even if you're very torn down or even forget who you are anymore and a path into a destructive route; is that a privilege anymore?

Masking is a survival skill. Without it many of us would be dead already.

Masking is a survival skill. Without it many of us would be dead already.

The point is how it is define as privilege in context to consent, will and so forth.

Survival skill or not, the very fact of your statement means it is still a sign of systemic failure.

If masking and conforming is an enabler to whatever inhumane shite people are doing to themselves for generations in the name of survival...

... Let them be doomed.

But sure, so is running away upright.

Without it, many would be dead when humans are dealing with wild predators or left to be behind or starving.

I'm enjoying my last nights with cable. I'm going to have to watch Hogan's Heroes on DVD starting on April 2nd.

I guess I need more calcium and magnesium at particular weeks of the monthly cycle...

Thankfully, drinking milk is actually enough.
2-3 quarter a liter throughout said week.
Then a few on supplementation.

Maybe I could invest on eating more almonds like how I eat more bananas.

... Drink milk at wrong week, I'd end up with gassiness, bloating and diarrhea.

But I've been a bit happier at practicing more focus at external bit than internal bit.

It... Reminded me of an earlier era of my life before the unwanted states that whatever degenerative crap had done.

I was gonna make a thread called "what's your joke on the world"..

But then I thought about it some more and it would mean I'd have to reveal my little joke on the world and that would just blight my life

My kids school are doing a 'lockdown drill' today. Never heard of anything like that before. It's that sort of thing, along with ministers casually mentioning that people should stockpile food, that makes me think they already know we're going to be at war soon.
