I know you are a reluctant gardener, but think of how nice it will look when you have done it.

It's an achievement and gets loads of brownie points.

Have you ever sat out there and had lunch?

I'm alright with electronics but when you add petrol to the mix it can be a recipe for disaster  luckily nothings gone bang yet

I suck at electronics but maybe not to bad, I have worked on some power supplies and built drones and stuff. So its not so much I suck as I generally get paranoid about turning power on to anything I build which is weird because I have never been electrocuted. I tend to check things OCD style, ten or even twenty times before I feel safe to flip the switch. I have destroyed some hardware before but never fried anything with enough volts or amps to really harm myself. I prefer networking work to electronics but sometimes you gotta do both to reach a goal. I tend to have the, if it works, don't fix it mentality which means I avoid work that could in fact give good experience. I know the basics, ohms law, ground all that stuff but I would say my experience level is lacking compared to unix style networking and so on. I am (or was) a hardware enthusiast, I like overclocking just for the sake of it. So yeah, electronics, gaming, networking, overclocking and so on is my thing.

Hello, Tem.

I ended up buying a pomegranate tree, trimmed it into shape, then stuck some of the cuttings in a pot and one of them is sprouting leaves!

Wow!

Incidentally, which would you rather read--a written book with a few illustrations, or a webcomic?

A written book with illustrations

^^^ Everything for me is self-taught by trial and error , I've blown a lot of s**t up and only realised afterwards how close I was to serious electrocution. I think there is some external force working at keeping me alive just to suffer as I have been unable to kill myself in many attempts and done lots of stupid s**t and survived

I've been looking at some designs for never-used Pokemon in a beta version of Pokemon Gold and Silver. Some of them are so cute!

Image

Most of them eventually became real Pokemon in the games, but some, like the three water starters, the three fire starters, baby Vulpix, baby Meowth, baby Grimer, baby Ditto, baby Ponyta, adorable baby lightning tiger, weird straw doll, the woolly thing that resembles Whimsicott, the adorable bell kitten and bell cat, and a few others, were cut.

I always try to avoid looking at Pokémon /Sailor Moon/ etc

because I have a distinct feeling if I get into it I will become obsessed...
so so cute though

I was, for a short time when I was little. I only had a couple cards and that was the extent of my knowledge.
