I should get into good habits like drying the pots before I put them away

How am I going to make cookie dough when there's no eggs.

There's also alternatives either. Not even a banana. I'm not planning to use that either, not with the weird last batch.


Well, this time I'm using coconut sugar as a replacement from brown sugar.
Or muscovado on top of it.

Yeah you'd have to use plenty coffee powder to diminish the taste of the banana for me Edna

Putting the coffee powder was just done out of a whim.
Only to neglect remembering that I also substituted eggs for bananas, creating said weird batch.

I'm putting bits of plain chocolate bars instead of something intended to for baking.

I've been tracking what timezones are since I gained online friends.



But long before I ever knew there's even called a timezone...
I tried to describe the concept itself and what it's name for it when I was asked to send a card letter for my dad abroad.

I was 7.

My mom did not understand.
She was pissed. She expected "I love yous" or "I miss yous" or those kiddie stuff like "How am I nows" or "How are yous"...

I refused.
Gave up ever writing anything. Because people around me are just fricking ignorant. Cannot communicate with me well, unable to deep dive and give thought.

... And wondered why I never respected adults when I was at that age...

Whenever I say what my timezone is, I always say GMT+8 instead of UTC+8 or PST.

I guess I'll play around more with that type of sugar.

But it's has no vanilla flavoring.
