Only if you want to find an employment lawyer for me... also the therapist I was seeing is no longer listed on their website so I don’t know if I even have a therapist now. I couldn’t remember her name either. I hate my job. I don’t want to be here. Almost called in sick, but it’s my last day for the week so I talked myself into it. There is a mouse nest in my kitchen utensil drawer. I’m not capable of doing any cleaning and I don’t even care. I feel tortured and living a nightmare.

Employee Assist Program - do they have them where you work?
Can you call the clinic and ask the therapist's name?
You could quit your job but that could cause other problems.
Take your utensils out of the drawer, empty out the nest and sprinkle some peppermint oil in there.
Life is torture and nightmare fuel - don't know how to combat that.
Sorry I'm not helpful, but I do feel for you.

It’s a lot worse than just the one drawer though... called case manager about the therapist stuff. The worst is dealing with manager and the company protecting him. Leaving out info so it looks like I was wrong (half truths?), lies, manipulations... a ton of legal stuff that I do not want to think about at all but have no choice. Well, I can accept that I’ve been labeled a failure/terrible employee/liar/problem and I will never be able to escape. At that point there’s no reason to continue.

I'd like to get a GrandPad for each of my parents. I wish I was rich so I could do that. I've been working on my art a lot. I made some Sweet Peas named LiFE a few evenings ago. I'm waiting for them all to dry before I paint them all. They're each going to have their own personalities.

I just looked at the files that I was sent from the equal employment office that's investigating my "claims" that work denies  work sent them their statement (17 pages) and about 370 pages of 'evidence' which is mainly policies and my employee record. I'm not sure everything that's in there. wow that's a lot of info for me to process. I need to send the investigator my rebuttal within a month :| I have to add all the stuff work decided to leave out and what's happened since they submitted their stuff back in January. So much for getting any house work done. :x

It's messed up from my coordination disability. One of those growth and development things. Needs corrective surgery which I've had to wait on until fully grown. But it's no big deal.

How will I fill the next 2 hours without tiring myself?

I have to go out for an appointment but need to pace myself this morn.

Suffering is part of life, I know this, suffering is also essential to learning and appreciating not suffering.

Today is a neutral day and I am going to enjoy that mediocrity and nothingness.

Without the those conditioned feelings of guilt or shame that never belonged to me in the first place.

Just chilling and being. 8)

That is all I am today.

Oh so you are waiting for surgery now? I hope your family pampers you during the recovery. And if not remember never play it DOWN to family. Always play it up. I tell my brother the same thing
