I love this lady on YouTube
She stopped posting but her videos are the most uplifting ones to watch

She is like a cute grandma doll who just shows you you can come from horrible circumstances (hers were REAlLY bad) and keep going strong

Nor am I but I did enjoy mods and downloaded roms back in the day.

But what is unauthorized access anyway?

Someone can give someone a password or you can guess it or you can bypass security questions. None of which I would classify as hacking. Law sucks basically, huge grey area, asking a neighbor for a password violates the terms of service and even connecting to a none secure wifi would be illegal from a technical stand point.

Basically, it's when you gain access to a system or network without actually being a legitimate user of said service or services.

Yeah but that definition sucks, someone can use someone elses password that was giving to them and suddenly its hacking. When I think hacking I think of programming to force your way into a system. If all you did was literally type out a password, I don't see that as hacking. Also being a legit user is poorly worded, you could have a sock puppet on a forum and though annoying, merely violating terms of service is not hacking into something in my mind.

Need more and better laws on the matter to me...

Unauthorized should be the most minor of charges, if there is signs of forced entry, then the charges should be worse... to me anyway.

Pretty much,

Got hacked last June, then implied gov everywhere, no sure what is going on or what I am witnessing but I would like for it to get nuked to hell. I am a little confused, people come, imply stuff, leave and then I get accused of taking it too far when everyone implies straight up CIA. I mention them on the phone and all living hell breaks loose, return to my home with everything out of place and that was after we had already MKUltra'd it. People imply coming in here without my permission, surveillance for no valid reason.

Oh yeah, you better believe I have had a meltdown for a year.

Stressful but I have come to realize... its falling apart with out me, I am not needed to nuke it to hell, its already nuked clean to hell.

I am in purgatory...

But anyway, sorry to rant, I'll use the rant thread like a normal human being but you asked so...
