There's someone at my school who I've met online but never in person. I don't know what they look like but I've seen someone around campus who for various reasons I suspect is them. Every time I see them it feels weird because it's weird to not say hi since we (probably) know each other, but they don't know who I am so I'd have to explain who I am and if I'm wrong about who they are it would be too awkward.

I wonder if this mental energy would be better spent on something else

Oh you've got my attention with this

Not ripe enough banana. :eww: How couldn't? It was yellowed enough the day after.

Chewed, went dry and sticky in my mouth. Could barely finish one small banana so unripe.

Still not as bad as trying unripe avocado -- this I regretted.
And turned out, do not actually like riped enough avocados. :? That I can only tolerate as a flavor but not as a fruit.

Yea, mad isn't it. It only seems like last week it was Christmas and snowing. Looking forward to a nice hot summer though.

It's horrible weather here. Thunderstorms just starting, forecast to go on till 2pm tomorrow, then it's rain till noon the day after. I used to like thunderstorms but these come with random tornadoes and power cuts. Still, I've cooked my taters and had my daily exercise 3 times round the car park.

It's always been nuts in the USA. Don't know why they settled here, apart from religious freedom and cheap land. That's all gone now of course.

Hoping to have another win on the Premium Bonds this month. The draw results are published between the 4th and the 6th of the month, and I get lucky more often than not, but a big prize has proved elusive so far. No news is bad news in this business.

Same here. I've got £12.500
of PBs but I just tend to win £50 or £100

I've held them for five years or so, and I think my biggest win was about £650. Average is more like £75 to £150, though some months there's nothing at all of course.
