My elder son is drinking water!

He tried to hold the cup instead of me, when I offered it to his baby bro (which he did not appreciate) , and of course cd not resist the urge to empty the cup everywhere...

Since you stated non triggery rant posts are fine,

I have reached an interesting conclusion actually. What if I was MKUltra'd and the method to which MKUltra was detected was in fact illegal spying. That would be a hell of a note, but I think at that point we need a better authority at a min to spy on people. If the NSA or CIA or FBI or etc spied on everyone then they should annihilate crime when they see it. So if we as a people are expected to live in no privacy, fine but the authority that does so is corrupt to pick and choose who to protect, help and serve.

My therapist felt that mindfulness was going to be the answer for my suffering. Unfortunately, I am immune to mindfulness. I never breathe naturally and my body feels sick all the time.

Out by the lake and the day camp I'm too old to attend any longer. Nice sandy beach. Lots of canada geese and mallard ducks chillin on the shore. Very quiet and serene.

Today I’ve only eaten two sausage biscuits and only slept two hours. What’s up with that?

The day camp is for special needs. I could still walk in there I'm sure but I've out grown it. Right now it's way past camp hours anyways.

I'm sure enjoying being at the lake towards dusk though. I love watching ducks coming in for a landing on the water.

There's a camp I've been to for the past few years that's for children/teens with neurological disorders that also has a young adult program, where we get to participate in some of the activities but also spend some of the time helping out. That camp's actually going on right now. I wish I could've gone this year, but instead I get to stay home and have my brain zapped three times a week (getting ECT in an attempt to treat my depression and self-harm) and decide whether I'll be heading off to Chicago for a longer-term residential program or not
