I feel very small when I encounter the works of great thinkers...
They accomplished so much by the time they were my age...
Me on the other hand...have a naive mind and I spent many years dealing with my emotional problems/growth...
I love reading books/articles on philosophy/religion/psychology/literature...however will I ever be able to make contributions to any of those fields?
And when I look back on my past efforts to write something scholarly I wish I could disappear into thin air...
I guess I'm just a humble being who enjoys paddling in the deep sea of philosophy...someday I might will be able to immerse into it...and emerge with something helpful...

I've hardened up, over the past four months.

I don't see a point in living.

I got Battlefield 2 Modern Combat and Commandos Strike Force instead of Socom III.

I have some new action figures. Yay me!

I sometimes get into odd trains of thought...for example, I was thinking, I prefer the word 'number' to the word 'word', yet I am infinitely better with words than with numbers. There is just something so rounded about the word 'number'...and, of course, the word 'numb' is contained within , as well as 'umber' which is a colour. (burnt umber)

Me too. I always feel kind of sad if no one responds to a post that I put some time/thought into. And then I feel ridicoulous for feeling sad.

So the random fact is that...um...I have two essays to write and a book to read this weekend. (Of course, I still haven't started.)

You shouldn't feel sad about people not answering, this is a pretty big forum so some posts don't get seen, and you shouldn't feel strange about being sad.

I get upset and i feel kind of rediculus about that sadness when I ask a question and no one answers... sort of like I think its something I should know

Sad wasn't really the right word. Disappointed maybe? That's closer. I understand how big the forums are - that's why I feel ridiculous.

So the random truth is that I have a yellow, white, and orange fan/circle foldout toothpick on my desk. I like it. I think I shall name it. Herbert. It's name is Herbert. (I really should stop drinking root beer. It's making me sugar high again.)

I'm very insecure about recognition for things I do, and do right. I like people to know that it was ME that did it etc etc etc. Maybe thats a little vain, but I take every single success as a little victory to be savored forever.

Well more like I CRAVE Recognition.

I was unreasonably happy before...now I feel really depressed.

I found some red wine.

I use the panther man in Golden Axe III.

I'm not killing bugs any more, because my friend Joy said it was mean.
