I've only had conch, clams, scallops and canned smoked oysters.

I like the taste and texture of all of those except the canned smoked oysters (the chicken liver-like texture is gross)

HOWEVER.......I can not stand crunching down on the occasional grain of sand inherent in mussels. It's like an electric shock to my whole head. It's loathsome.

Do you drink coffee, and if so, black? Cream? Sugar? Sugar and cream?

Black, unless its very strong - in which case a dash of Stevia, or else a mocha latte.


How long has it been since you wrote a cheque to pay for something?

My trauma therapist is old school (and elderly) so I pay him by cheque, but otherwise I don't use them at all.

I would try a duet since I have little rhythm.

Do you sing in the shower/bath?

Dandelions. They're useful (edible) and they're either ignored or disliked by most. Their worth and beauty are wrongly overlooked.

If the inspiration strikes, yes I do.

I sing a LOT of random things (silly made-up songs, echolalia, repetitions of things, etc.) just around the house. I make up the rhyming lyrics as I go. I really wish I could have written for Sesame Street.

I sing in the shower, and if a word reminds me of a song I start to sing it. My children hated me doing that. "Mummy stop singing in the street people will hear you!"

Yes I sing in the bath and have to say the above answers sounds familiar to me too.

I derived considerable satisfaction from painting the walls of a flat I bought in London twenty years ago. My present residence could do with similar attention, but I don't really have the appetite for this sort of thing any more.
