Been waking up in the middle of the night coughing for the past two weeks. Makes it hard to sleep.

Have not taken time off work.

It turned out my dizziness and cold chills were the direct result of my having way too high blood pressure 8O Many people from my close family have or had - when they were still alive - this health problem too.

About once a day I get a weird pain in my upper right arm, as if someone was pinching it. I wonder if it has something to do with my worrying about having to get another covid vaccine or even the flu vaccine, since that's where they usually give the injections?

I'm having a kidney CT on the 27th because of ongoing issues.
It's a cancer screen but I don't think I have cancer.
Knock wood.

Covid, I got my vaccines and boosters but still got it, but yeah I think the first day was the worst of it I felt so sick I basically couln't get out of bed much then the following 4 days I felt fine but still had to let my work know and stay away for the 5 days even though it seemed like my first day burnt most of it out, but I still may have been contagious so yeah. I guess I was expecting worse from covid but I did get the vaccine and all the boosters so maybe that helped with reducing its severity.

I'm all good according to CTs and ultrasounds but still have the big kidney cyst.
I don't think they're going to do anything about it.

Other than that, I'm fine.
I had Covid in May but it finally went away.
I got it when visiting mum in hospital.

My ears are super plugged today but it's no big deal.
Maybe it's allergies.

Almost always something because of respiratory issue. :x
And because of it, the nose I have is more prone to infections and inflammation that can easily spread into becoming a cough and fever.

I'd easily get something acute almost every night whenever I sleep on bed if it's too cold or/and humid.

It could be almost every night and just doesn't last for few hours.
It could be few months straight.

My wrist is hurting because I banged it into a chair this morning. It's never more than a couple hours for me between injuries.
