Actually a very high-tech public toilet in downtown Seattle had to be removed after about a year because people were using it mostly for sex. And there was always a long line waiting.

There is something rather disturbing about a long line of people waiting while other people take their turn. Don't they have hotel rooms in Seattle?

seattle is an expensive place, and hotel rooms are not cheap there.
