I survived another welfare check from my partner's bestie and husband.
I'm annoyed at having to pick up the breaks and awkward silences myself, but hey... I'm a legend in my own mind.
They at least brought me a burger with the works including potato cake, so the net was positive.

Finding avatars of a relatable Paralympian and he's German to boot. He's a long jumper. It's quite refreshing to see as I get used to life with a walker. Maybe the high school kids in my area will stop laughing at me if they're the types who would watch the Paralympics.
