I think that might actually be dangerous so be careful,

You can surprisingly die with really weird things that seem harmless, such as this

... probably a protein bar. It’s really not dangerous cuz I kinda know from experience :lol: it’s nutritionally balances ya know

Well I would like to lose some weight too, meds and smoking have really created an irregular weight for me but I'd like to be under 200 lbs. Normally lack of cooking knowledge mixed with just not eating keeps my weight around 180 even when not exercising. Now I can cook better then ever before cause of drugs lol - Don't knock what works, also no I am not on drugs at the moment though I would like to be LOL :mrgreen:
