I want to be the Iodine Fairy n sprinkle it on the world. It’s really helping me. It just makes life 10x easier, feels like someone unclasped my lungs so I can breathe more easily.

No crying spells fr two days since taking it and that’s a record fr me!

My Dad flew in for Eid and I can’t wait to meet him hopefully tomorrow. He said he got my son more special ‘nerve tonic’ honey (with black seed oil) which has worked wonders on his strength n coordination EG he can hold things better n swallow food )it used to mostly fall out)
.

The last two bottles that my dad had sent, my son emptied out when they were only HAlF done,

He wd stuck his hand in it , his hand wd get stuck,..
n in trying to shake it out wd empty it all..

Kura disappears for a few days, and in the mean time North Korea signs a peace agreement. Coincidence? I think not!

Well I would like to lose some weight too, meds and smoking have really created an irregular weight for me but I'd like to be under 200 lbs. Normally lack of cooking knowledge mixed with just not eating keeps my weight around 180 even when not exercising. Now I can cook better then ever before cause of drugs lol - Don't knock what works, also no I am not on drugs at the moment though I would like to be LOL

Less about weight, more about less effort  although I’ve gained a lot since all this nonsense started. I stopped cooking and cleaning

I saw some info show about why iodine was added to salt a few weeks ago... everyone going crazy and all and they figured out there was a mass iodine deficiency and salt was the easiest and cheapest way increase the populations iodine. But now there are people on low salt diets or just don’t eat salt (or iodine foods) so it’s probably becoming an issue again.

Wow my younger brother who was about to commit suicide just a couple of weeks (I think?) ago just wished me happy Eid on whatsapp

My little sister booked an emergency flight when his friends called , and flew in the next day , n told him to wait till she came otherwise ‘who will pick me up from the airport?’
And pretty much saved his life
They are BFF’s so I guess he needed her presence

She helped me out during the Lawyer stuff too she’s pretty much an angel.

So I got her a cool backpack with a cat face on it fr Eid bur he’s saying she won’t return till a month later :(

Also the form of iodine in salt is not as effective , and the bromide and fluoride we are exposed to in greater amounts than before (in water supply, toothpaste, etc), is so similar in structure to Iodine that it can prevent or reduce absorption apparent

Kinda like magnesium. Not all forms are as well processed as the citrate version I think and multivitamins tend to use the cheapest not the best...

When I was growing up in New York City, I would occasionally see goiter. Goiter is caused by iodine deficiency. It manifests in a seemingly swelled-up neck.

I'm going to have to look into iodine because hypothyroid runs in the fam and doctors are always convinced I have it because I guess the glands are larger (always have been though) but I always always always... always... test normal. The last one was a nurse practitioner and demanded I get a blood test and walked out of the room even though isn't aid no that's not the issue. Never went back there. She also wouldn't give me something to sleep despite not sleeping more than four hours for the past month :wall:

Omg I have to supplement my autistic son with liquid melatonin at least once a week to regulate

Because Autistics are known to produce less than normal amounts (researched this)

So it affects their sleep

Maybe try that?

I take 5mg melatonin but it doesn't really do anything. It's also common for ADHD to lack melatonin.

Some people are allergic to iodine (according to wikipedia it's connected with gluten intolerance, so people on autistic spectrum are more prone to develop it).

And the server is working fine, I even have some very important mathematical proof I will share with you now to prove you're wro

I don't have any food allergies, just a mild sensitivity to some milk products.. mainly just milk  ice cream, yogurt and such is ok except for soft serve like Dairy Queen.. no idea how that works out but whatever. I am allergic to almost every type of pollen though, down and, mildly to dog dander.

Kinda weird how if something is "wrong" with your brain then you likely have general health issues also. You already have issues? Oh, here have some more.

I have an even more important proof, but the margin of this post is too small for me to write it here.
