LOL

Don't worry, I stop nuking to hell for the time being cause I suspect it might literally be in hell at this point. We got a small alphabet of gov agencies, we have implied CIA with MKUltra and more. So I am just waiting for the mushroom cloud

But actually I'll give you the origin story on me with nukes, so back in the day, when the gov was crawling all over my PC and I didn't know it, if I wanted to reinstall Linux or go from one OS to another, I would create folders called "Lifeboats" and referred to the actually install process as nuking. I even installed over SSH so I was orbiting and nuking crap before it was cool... Then the gov saw that I like to play thermoglobal nuclear warfare

Vastly more powerful I'm told.

My, my, they've gotten fancy.

I have the old Walkman variety MP3.
I also have a Walkman radio and the old CD player type.
Might be worth some money some day, in another universe.

Or

2. I suck and the rest of you are all awesome, therefore I deserve special treatment.

I have thought about this and I don't think I am one but might objectively be two but not too much cause I obviously feel that the law implies to me and was very up front about that even when breaking (drug) laws. I think everyone is subject to the same laws but also the same freedoms such as not being spied on in the privacy of your own home. So I suppose my ego is healthy? Would doubting yourself being awesome while maintaining equality for all a healthy ego? I feel like two is the side effect of having a low self-esteem, thoughts?

Those are the extremes.
It's a spectrum like anything else.

Ideally those with healthy self esteem would not be thinking of themselves (in a mental chatter kind of way) much at all.

People with poor self esteem tend to mentally commentate and ruminate on things, then identify with whatever they conclude is wrong with themselves.

So I have a low self-esteem is what your saying?

I am not angry, I'll take it purely corrective in nature one way or another.

Ego means I in Latin which is why Freud used it to represent the self.

I don't know why it has a negative implication in some contexts - it is what it is.

It is explained in different ways depending on what school of thought you have.

The self-concept is neither negative nor positive in itself but our view of how we see ourselves can be.

The 'self' can be explained in so many different ways, again, depending on what your philosophy is. Mostly it is theory but there is plenty of evidence that it exists just as there is no proof we have an unconscious part of our mind.

The bahaviourists saw little benefit of exploring the self and the humanists put quite a bit of emphasis on self, especially autonomy and self-responsibility and how we are in relation to others.

We are all unique and beautiful beings - a miracle of life.

No villains or villainous leaders in my books, ever. There's some mythologies, and celestial beings are very prominent. No religions, either. Lots of characters are powerful, often, but not dangerous.
But the big rule, besides no villains, no religion, and so forth, is no character shall ever intentionally harm another character.
Most people don't get how I can write without having evil characters or evil events. There's tension in different ways.
That doesn't mean that the characters don't have dark experiences, but it's all alright in the end, because they choose to have life experiences that are challenging. The game of life, that's what it is.

The game of life - we are all in it arn't we?

The way we think, feel, process, connect, etc makes a big difference to our view of who we are, how we are, how others are etc.

I think people are fascinating in the different ways we 'play our game'.

We have that many different spectrums, as Mr Raleigh points out with self-esteem, that it can be confusing and hard to grasp the rules of the game.

Tragedy seems to follow my characters wherever they go. They don't have enough happy moments. It's a long-running problem in my first series. Hopefully I can fix it.
