What are your thoughts on this - you report someone for harassment and that person later tells you “I’m not harassing you”

my thoughts - ignore them , don't reply - I didn't want to speak to you anyway :P

It’s my manager. Same one that recently told me “hope you are doing well”. Same one that tried to fire me for having a panic attack (because of him)... I could keep going. :?

Success of the day- my family is ok with me not coming to the Eid party today with extended family! Yay! They are being v understanding due to the autism diagnosis now

Wanted to share this..

The iodine and cacao is really helping my anxiety three days later- it works right away. My son is responding well too his therapist noticed a change

There is some interesting (AGGRAVATING) info on how the fluoridation of our water and bromine used in food processing replaces the necessary Iodine in our body, due to v similar chemical structure
So it messes up the thyroid tests too as it links to the T4 hormone n passes it off as ‘normal’

My mom (she is a Dr and nutritionist both) used to rant about this when I was little and I didn’t get it till now.

So your body is craving it .
And that’s leading to a lot of anxiety n fatigue n brain fog

Same with the magnesium in Cacao powder. So yeah I hope someone tries it.. esp Marknis

Cloud Climber - harassment how?

You take the cacao for magnesium? I used to eat cacao nibs on a graham cracker with peanut butter and sometimes banana. I’m good with just taking a magnesium/zinc vitamin since they work together.

If its your boss you can only really ignore him or report him to corporate and expect to not be employed...

Try and find another job in the meantime too.

I have reported a few times. Then submitted asd and adhd accommodations which they ignored of course. They won’t fire me unless I do something blatantly wrong. But then again my manager has lied etc and already tried to fire me for reacting to his ridiculous behavior.

Or

2. I suck and the rest of you are all awesome, therefore I deserve special treatment.

I have thought about this and I don't think I am one but might objectively be two but not too much cause I obviously feel that the law implies to me and was very up front about that even when breaking (drug) laws. I think everyone is subject to the same laws but also the same freedoms such as not being spied on in the privacy of your own home. So I suppose my ego is healthy? Would doubting yourself being awesome while maintaining equality for all a healthy ego? I feel like two is the side effect of having a low self-esteem, thoughts?

Yeah low self esteem means u prioritize others way too much n give importance to them more than what is healthy. So I don’t understand point #2

For example:

"Everyone is more important and worthy than me, therefore I deserve special treatment.
I deserve to be downtrodden and taken advantage of, but other people don't.
In fact, I will get angry when I see other people being treated badly, but I will tolerate bad treatment directed at myself."

Or

"I always f**k everything up, therefore I deserve special treatment. I will isolate myself from everyone to save them from my horrible presence, and the world will be much better off without me. Everyone else can communicate effectively, and if they can't I will forgive them, but my communication errors can never be forgiven."

I don't know how or why, for some reason I have a tendency to not get along with feminist liberal women. Every time I am in a discussion with one the belief seems to veer off in screaming, agony, frustration, sarcasm, feeling belittled, antagonized, I'm snitched on, and many others. I feel like a feminist liberal woman has to always be right and if you tell her one thing you disagree with you are in Hell. I don't know how to find a way around this problem. It seems to me that I have to accept that I don't know myself except for her. To me, most of the time I am around feminists I feel like I am getting hit with an iron fist in a velvet glove.

Politics must be such a huge thing in the States.
I often see people described by their political affiliations - that would never happen here.
I image all the Liberals and whatever else running around like huge gangs.

I don't relate to one worded this way but I relate to two somewhat more but not all the way to the absolute extreme. I do feel like sparing others from my poor communication at times but not always. I also feel like its a free country and if I want to isolate myself, I should have the right to do so, albeit being spied on but whatever

I do feel forgiven for my errors in communication, what hurts for me and my struggle with autism is such errors in communication shouldn't have existed in the first place. However, I suppose being an autistic community people relate to different aspects of social malfunction, something I rarely considered for years when I was on the site believe it or not...

^ I was just trying to think of some extreme examples to try and make it clearer.

Fail.

Maybe the opposite is true... Maybe I'm acting that way, but the feminist liberal woman is being a good listener trying to mind her own business...
