I don't believe most people have too much interest in listening to old radio airchecks from the 1950s. And videos of dancing shows from the Baby Boom Era. I'm fascinated by the way people actually talked in those days, their turns of phrases, how they dressed, how they socialized.

No show of "nostalgia" can hope to replicate how people actually WERE in those days. Even though "American Graffiti" did a pretty good job of it---but then, the movie was about events which took place only 11 years before the movie came out.

Yes, I get acupuncture from my Russian osteopath who looks like Mr. Clean He does osteo and then the acupuncture and leaves me in a dimly lit, silent room while the needles "work". I'm going right before my Montreal trip and I can't wait!

Out of the ordinary: everything I read. It's classic and traditional but never mainstream.

Not particularly. It's okay sometimes.

I try, at least. Sometimes, I succeed.

I tend to use a brick & mortar retail outlet, though at times I do like shopping at a small business/local merchant.I've not used Amazon since 2006 for, I've been a registered customer since that timeline.


Have you ever used giftcards?

If find giftcards are very good for people you don't know too well. That enables them to buy what they want.

What are you supposed to be doing but instead are browsing WP?

I'm supposed to be human, nah basically finishing the last Security+ pre tests that would actually only take me 3 days to do, making it where I could get into trouble with the people overseeing my total classroom hours here at university.



Where are you going today?

I am not going anywhere but rather spend my energy on my regular(absolutely necessary) duties here at home as I am not well today. If I take care, my immune system might fight this off quickly is what I hope for.
