B12?

I might give this a go, although I have read that it needs to be given by injection direct into the blood to make a difference if I am not absorbing it naturally.

B12 is often prescribed for pernicious anemia.

It is sometimes injected.

After 2 sessions with a psychotherapist I was told there is nothing wrong with me and am perfectly normal and if I want to kill myself that's o.k ( they'd rather I didn't but it's my life , my choice ), no need for another appointment unless I want to spend more money. Yay! I'm fixed.

Talk about not being heard, I am sorry you encountered this so called therapist.

Completely invalidated your feelings and experience, which I am sure were very difficult to disclose in the first place.

They are not all like that.

A lucky escape I would say.

It's blatant sarcasm. The therapist is testing whether or not you understand that you need to take your medication and get your treatment on time.

I'm not sure it was invalidation , they understand why I'm suicidal and said it's normal in my circumstances. They read my ASD report and just echoed the actions / recommendations.

It sounds more like an assessment rather than therapy.

So where do you go from here ?
