I'm not sure it was invalidation , they understand why I'm suicidal and said it's normal in my circumstances. They read my ASD report and just echoed the actions / recommendations.

It sounds more like an assessment rather than therapy.

So where do you go from here ?

A therapist told me flat out that I was insane.
I told him I wanted a second opinion.
He said, okay you're ugly too.

I got my family various teas fr Eid and liquid iodine supplement. Then I made everyone take the supplement in front of me.

I also got them organic dark chocolate with all healthy ingredients - it was recommended by the health food store man at the counter
- but they sent it back. They HATED it. Said it was worse tHan medicine .

It’s a brand called Giddy Yo Yo - it has all kinds of vague ‘feel good’ quotes on the packaging,

One of which is
‘generous consumption will save the world’

Wth does that mean??

generous consumption = lots of TB i.e. death
