Just stick to devices like me then. My phone gets a new ROM weekly & occasionally something really cool lands on me like Linux*ing* my friend's Nintendo Switch or rebuilding one of my machines' installs. My i3 is getting Windows again whenever I can put Fedora WSL in without container hacks & other distros in there I don't need. My Thinkpad needs de-fluffing in the shell extensions & then Fedora 28. All my machines need a new monitor in front & for that I have to clean my desk, which scares me more than hacking pretty much anything.

I’m gonna die from lack of sleep again today. Can I forgo the bad dreams just once?

^^I'd suggest Valerian, tbh I prefer melatonin as I like holding onto my weird dreams.

Valerian's longer lasting & does more to sedate vs just triggering you to sleep. I should get more capsules too.

Too many people believe that finding compassion, kindness and love for the self is a conceited act.

It is not.

When we are depressed or anxious we need this more than ever.

Most of us need to learn how to do this.

Self-love comes from a place very deep in our hearts and we have to find that - the same as we find it for others.

Self-love is like self-medicine. It is healing and powerful.

It can help give us the strength to act upon what is doing us harm and take responsibility for our own well-being.

Take care of yourself, then take care of others

I’ve managed to stay alive but that’s about it. One day at a time, right?
