I may be wrong, but it doesn't look like Montana to me. Maybe Alaska.

There is something rather disturbing about a long line of people waiting while other people take their turn. Don't they have hotel rooms in Seattle? :?

Theta, you're a local, what say you? :P

I'm not sure where this is, actually! I live a little outside town actually, but I do go into Seattle regularly. That aside, I apparently have not been going wherever that is, and I was unaware of this. :P

I heard another story of a Seattle store owner who built an outhouse because they were tired of people peeing on their storefront after baseball games. 8O

The thing that surprises me the most about the bathroom sex that the police didn't put a stop to it; that sounds like a magnet for prostitution and turning tricks, and the city has taken a very tough stance on that these days, in conjunction with human trafficking (which it's good that they did because trafficking enslaves a lot of people).

What do I think about the line? Yes, that is weird. You think the people outside could here something. Maybe that was part of the attraction though, who knows.

That is incredible, I would love to go there. Just as long as nobody starts doing a Shining at me.

Canada is looking more enticing all the time, and I'm not talking about visiting either... :P

This was in Pioneer Square, in the historic part of Seattle and busy tourist (and homeless) area. Here is a recent news update about their next plan for putting some kind of public toilet facility in that location (which is desperately needed):
