I came up with a theory for what I’ve been going through and how to deal with it. Clearly therapy wasn’t working :roll: but hey I can at least officially add ptsd to my list 8)

ptsd, Well, that is quite surprising to discover,but often not all known phenomena always are easily identified for, I remember at one time I had been identified as having dementia, yet that was eventually deemed negative and not accurate.Just goes to show that the more you learn the better your awareness and understanding of things. In conclusion, I hope your now better able to manage with any/all difficulties CloudClimber
