It's funny....but "counting sheep" has actually helped me fall asleep.

This used to work well for me too, but not any more, it's too difficult getting them all to sign the consent to be counted forms.

My son graduated from kindergarten today! He was so proud of himself. He got a diploma and everything. My parents n brother dropped by fr a surprise visit. He was so content and glad to have them over- we made it very clear that it was all for HIM.

His little brother even kissed him on the head after seeing everyone else do it

I tried counting sheep before and it got confusing as I was falling asleep and they started tripping/falling and I’d lose count so I stopped doing that :lol: I also counted backwards from 1,000,000 :roll: music or movies though works best.

@Cloudclimber I don't feel like I've had a decent nights sleep since I was 16 ( torture = sleep apnoea and racing thoughts )
