Aww now a bit of a sad face as I think of my toys that I no longer have. :( I had a bear called black bear and he wore out. There was a musical cat that you wound up that was called white cat. Really my sisters but I took it over. A doll called Miranda that was ruined almost straight away by someone cutting her hair and drawing on her face. (Not me) and.... I JUST REMEMBERED ....I do have something. A wooden jigsaw puzzle of Alice in Wonderland and a cardboard one of the Queen of Hearts. Both are in a sort of coconut husk container that I STOLE from my mother and refuse to give back. Ahhhh happy face now :)

That's a sweet story. I had a wind up poodle that was grey and I named it Kathy. I don't know why I picked Kathy. All my dolls were Amy. Poor Miranda :( . I did that to my dolls too so that schoolmates wouldn't call me a baby. There was a seven year hiatus in my life wherein I lost a lot of things (figuratively too), but anything that was at my mother's house got saved. I have nearly all my vinyls. One of the Amy dolls (not ruined), and things like my ballet shoes. My favourite plush toys were unceremoniously discarded on my behalf. I did carry punch bowls well, though. Maybe I deserve a commemorative punch bowl from childhood.

Do you think you'll get another pet soon? (A second cat?)

I don't have any toys from my childhood.
I do have a miniature hurdy-gurdy from my teens that plays Swan Lake.

Did you attend prom?

I was looking forward to it. Then my parents dragged me all the way across the globe to attend school elsewhere where they don’t do proms. So no. I don’t really care that I missed it either. It was eons ago.

Same q

I left school at 15 so I didn't go to prom (it's not called prom here - it's called the formal)

What is your favourite pattern - stripes, houndstooth, etc.?

Mostly I prefer no patterns but smooth surfaces. But perhaps waves and brickwall patterns I think, but that may be because I like brick walls/stone walls of it self...Also the honeycomb pattern can attract my gaze. I find zigzag patterns hard to look at.

Have you ever made (or do you have the desire to make) your own clothes?

I have made my own clothes in the past.
Lately, I like to buy things from thrift shops with interesting patterns and adjust them.
Keeps me amused...and other people too, probably.

how about you?

I like honeycomb patterns. I like tesseracts, houndstooth is like that.

I sometimes make my own clothes - I quite like costumes and dressing up, but not cosplay because you have to play a specific character I think.

How about patterns in nature and fractals? Anyone like those?

I also made some every day clothes in the past and haven`t lost the wish to continue and always have some plan for what I wish to sew but never gets around to do it. I even buy fabrics that I still haven`t gotten around to make anything from yet. In my teenage I also knitted my own sweaters.

Also I am fascinated by historical clothing and made a dress based on the findings on Herjolfsnes Greenland and among other things. I still have the interest of making historical clothing without getting around to do it. I have lots of woolen and linnen fabrics so I just need to find my focus and concentration.

I do like patterns in nature and wondered if they counted but ferns for example are very nice to watch. While I was answering the last question I was looking at the flower on my table and the patterns on it`s leaves but thought they might not count. So yes I like those.

Are you growing your own herbs or do you use herbs for food or other purposes ?

I’m a boring meat and potatoes man.

Do you recall calling marijuana “pot?”

I use some basil, a lot of cilantro, a lot of rosemary and a lot of mint. Some oregano. But I don’t put them into food everyday. I kinda keep them to a minimum. Maybe put them in once a week. I grow basil as a pick me up. It gives me something to do.

Kraftie: I don’t remember calling it anything other than weed and pot.

Did you do pot?

No, I couldn't stand the smell of it. It made everything smell like a big litterbox.

I sleep about eight hours every night which I think is what I need. I usually feel very tired by mid morning but I think that's just anxiety/depression.

What is your favourite thing to do?

I used to play tennis a lot when I was about 16 but unfortunately I stopped after my shoulder dislocated when I turned my attention to singing and writing stories.

I like writing, watching Disney movies and singing. Oh and doing art.

What do you want for Christmas?
