I'm going in for botox injections in lieu of surgery for my twisted up leg so I won't be incapacitated for the summer. Looking forward to that hopefully alleviating the discomfort.

Why is there such a strong notion of vanity within society these days, or has it always been there,but become more pronounced over the centuries,etc?
