Well since there aren't all that many kinds of soup I can think of that involve broccoli I'm leaning towards the minute yet nutritious lentil.
Or maybe I'm the stone which keeps everybody adding ingredients to the soup.
Soup needs gravitas I suppose.

Yeah although I always thought it was a postwar story of some kind but even Wikipedia's not really sure. Mostly I know the version where a band of traveling soldiers imply that a recipe starts with a stone in order to start an impromptu feast so they can eat.
