Nice one Jakki

Alarm went off at 4:45, got up at 5:15, started work at 5:30 until 6:30 then I went and had breakfast with my daughter at 7 and then I did a brief workout and shower and started back at work at 8:30 until 10am then i had a bit of toast and got back to work at 10:30 until about 12 and then I did some laundry and had a cup of tea and then i had some rice and fish and then spoke to my boyfriend for a bit then after that i just did a 2 hour workout on my shoulders, triceps and chest and core, then i had some Weetabix and then i cleaned the kitchen and that brings me upto date. Just gotta make our tea and then I can relax for the day.....Boom!
