I used to hate my voice, to the point where I cringed and recoiled from its sound.

Now I think it’s okay. Especially when I howl to the Moon :P

I bet you have a kind, trustworthy voice with a New York accent.

HOWL!

Have you read The Prophet (Khalil Gibran) ?

I’ve read parts of it; it is a well-regarded work. Perhaps I should completely read it.

Do you enjoy walking on a promenade?

I do! It's especially nice to stroll by the seaside with a parasol.

Did you know what I'm doing tomorrow?

I feel it might have something to do with a sort of pilgrimage. I hope you shall be Chaucerian in your recollections.

Would you enjoy going on a horse/buggy road trip with people of sundry occupations?

Squeal!! I am so excited for you! :) Elton John is one of my heroes too, actually he among others is one of the singers who got me interested in singing. I love all his music, but Tiny Dancer is my fave of his music :)

Best of luck dear Isabella, I hope you have a super time and please let me know how you got on :)
Have fun!

Sadly I wouldn't enjoy it. I'd much rather stay home and enjoy some peaceful alone time.

Do you like swimming?

@emma,
Thank you! It's going to be incredible, I'm sure! There's no opening act and he plays over three hours! I'm a bit beside myself right now between my upcoming flight and the two shows to imagine. I'll give you a shout-out during Tiny Dancer!

Swimming is great, yes!

Do you like Levon?

Never heard of :D Levon :skull:

In high school I was on swim team four years

Junior varsity

It was ok
:jester:
Bad and slow at it

No clue how to do butterfly or breaststroke

Then in college I had to be the first woman in the men's locker room

UCSD 2006 was homophobic

Only recently are the "bathroom laws" coming out

@Isabella I'm sure your flight will be smooth and fast, just keep thinking of the fun you're going to have afterward and you'll be there before you know it :) Thank you! I'll be thinking of you tonight whilst I'm listening to Tiny Dancer on my laptop... :D

Yes, I love them.

How old were you when you started talking?

5 1/2 years old.

Make sure you bring your charger and headphones on the flight. Hopefully, they'll be individual seats where you can watch or movie, play games, and see a map of the progress of the flight.

How old were you when you first howled?

Have a wonderful safe travel, Isabella. We'll miss you and look forward to your return and your recount of your adventure!

Levon is my favorite EJ song.

To answer the question, according to my dearly departed Mother, I started talking very young, but not only that, I was speaking, often in complete sentences with clear and deliberate pronunciation between ages 2-3. She recalled a time when we were at a restaurant and the waiter looked at me in disbelief at that age when I said in a voice deeper than one would expect for a small child: "I'd like some french fries, please."

Do you eat fast food?
