So you may be correct.

A good example of Marx-Lennonism. :nerdy:

I see you're firing on all cylinders today. It would have to be Harpo Marx though. He was the one with the musical talent. Groucho was just a comic AFAIK, and Karl was very nerdy.

It's nuts when you think what you put your body and mind through in your life yet you survive it all

The Grim Reaper gets us all in the end though. Time is on his side.

According to the old definition of death, I died once but I didn't see anything. No reaper, no pearly gates, no out-of-body experience, no meeting with Satan, nothing. Unless they wiped my memory before I resurrected myself.

I was walking to Walmart in October last year. All I remember is getting up to the door and this bloke saying "you can't come in here in that state." Apparently I'd had a heart attack but the blow from the fall had re-started it, and I'd just got up and carried on without realising what had happened. I vaguely knew my face had a bit of blood on it from the fall, but thought it was just a scratch. Wasn't really thinking straight. Million to one chance that I survived. Anyway they helicoptered me to Little Rock and cleared out a couple of arteries, and implanted a pacemaker and defibrillator just in case it happens again, and gave me a box of tablets, and I've been fine ever since. I've always said that if I'm going to die I'd rather not know anything about it, so if it does happen again then it's better than rotting away in pain for months. But somehow I don't think it will now they've cleaned up my arteries. The pacemaker sends data to the hospital to tell them of any weird heart rhythms, and so far it's sent them nothing but good news. 8)

Woah I didn't realise that heart attacks could be restarted

It's far from 100% reliable, especially when it's a random blow from a fall, but yes it can work or I wouldn't be here now. Sometimes people in movies and TV shows, when somebody's had a heart attack then somebody else punches away at their chest to shock the heart into restarting.

That's such a wild story! I'm happy you're okay :)

The little blue light on my Bluetooth headphones flashes every few seconds and it's annoyingly distracting when I'm watching videos on my phone in bed in the dark. It illuminates my whole pillow and draws my attention away from what I'm doing on my phone.

Would a small piece of masking tape over the light cut the brightness down, or does the light get hot enough to melt the glue? If one layer doesn't cut the light enough, could go for further layers.

Thanks, so am I. It might be a relatively good way to die, but my preferred option is not to die at all.
