Why does society look down upon not washing my hair? I'd just a bunch of work that takes up too much time.

Why is it so difficult for some people to understand that I can't answer, say what's wrong (if something is wrong) during a meltdown ? Why do they always feel it's against them ? Why are they insisting ? Is it so difficult to understand that we just want to be OFF in those moments, so hear someone talk, ask questions constantly, try to make us come out from a place we actually want to stay in (because we need to) won't make the things any better, on the contrary. Then it can lead to a kind of violence, then we act against them, and that way they get a false idea of what's a meltdown.
This is what is on my mind right now and gets me pretty frustrated -_-

I promised my parents I would go to school this week... so I pulled an all-nighter to make sure I got here (I was late, but w/e).

I've been sleeping through all my classes. orz
