Normally before refreshing a page, I check if a transaction has completed already by going to my emails and seeing if there is a confirmation email of an order that I have placed. If there isn't, I proceed to refresh but if there is, I abort the page.

Yeah, I guess I was a bit impulsive about it lol.
It's strange how I can be so impulsive with a brain that overthinks. Or unless I only overthink things that make me anxious, and if there's no anxiety involved then I make impulsive decisions instead (well, act before even making a decision lol). So I think my anxiety does me good in a way because if I didn't have anxiety then I'd probably be impulsive with everything I do, as in with no sense of danger or responsibility.
