So I'm at this nice lake with a sandy beach... That's covered in huge piles of goose poop.

I went to the walk in clinic today. I told the doctor my situation about the trots that I've been having. She told me to eat lots of bread or crackers. I took her advice. Things are slowly getting back to the way they're supposed to be. My stomach is still regurgitating.

I'm going to call it an early night. I've spread myself very thin this week.

After a very busy week, I am chilling out completely.

It is the hottest day here since the heat wave started so only very light duties - making a cup of tea.

I hope everyone is looking after themselves today and being kind to their mind.

I've ordered mine to take a day off from worrying, and I've bought some cherries for it. I might even let it watch something on ITVPlayer latter.

Oh that does sound like a very kind mind day.

I fancy picking some raspberries, if I have enough edible ones, to go with my yogurt.

Maybe a cheeky chickpea salad too.

My problem is my anxiety and frustration. I wish I had the love and patience like most people here are showing. I really have problems with sneering at people (even myself), and it needs to stop.

But it is ok to feel anxious and frustrated or even be aware of sneering at others. This is the road to having more control of your inner world. You don't have to act upon it. Just being aware is progress and helpful.

The thing is to understand why you are sneering and be kind to that reason. Be kind when you find out what triggers it, or the origins, if it belongs to you or someone else.

I am sending you some warm and enveloping energy
