I get very aggressive and violent thoughts when my senses are overloaded...like today...woken by f'ing builders nextdoor after only 3 hours sleep :x followed by an hour of my OCD taking over.

I definitely believe I have Bi Polar. At present, in spite of my circumstances being the same as the recent bad patch... I am feeling more on a high than a low... it is irritating as I really don't want to have to take chemicals to control my moods.
