Is the 15 minute parking from 7:00 to 9:00 or from 7:00 to 17:00?:huh: Is the 2 hour parking from from 6:00 to 20:00 or from 6:00 to 18:00?:huh: Maybe the 2 hour parking only applies to :alien: ? It looks like a flying saucer pictograms on the sign. My head hurts just thinking about it. :scratch:

It means that from 7-9 am traffic is so terrible it takes 15 minutes to travel 18 meters... and that there is a 2 hour wait for the restroom.
