Have you ever walked under a street light at night and it's blinked off or come on?
I thought this was some kind of coincidence or a faulty light or a sensor or something, but I've been reading a book about unexplained electro-magnetic phenomena and this is a
thing. It's called SLI (Street Lamp Interference) and no one can explain why it happens to some people, although there seems a link to high stress states and SLI.
This happens to me regularly while walking.

This is usually a sign that your subspace transceiver implant is malfunctioning.
