Saw an advert/ billboard today saying "Why take the bus when you can drive it" , I thought it was about crime but it was a recruitment drive for bus drivers with a starting salary of £28k

There are a lot of new drivers on the buses around here. Some of them don't seem to be very familiar with the routes.

Can't even remember the last time I took a bus, even before I got my driving license (8 years ago) I bmx'd everywhere.

I can't seem to cope on public transport any more because of my fear of getting travel sickness. Pills don't seem to work with me, because it's more psychological. But even when you know something is psychological it still doesn't make it easy for you to take control. I start picturing scenarios in my head about being sick or gagging in front of everyone and what I would do, would they would feel, what would happen, etc. Then my heart starts racing and I really want to get off the bus. It's a horrible feeling.

I remember you saying

I hate buses but I have to use them because of the distance I travel

I've thought about getting a bike again but then I quickly change my mind

I really hate that song "Anxiety". I mean, hey, that's my main burden in my life, I don't need to hear a bloody song about it.

Most people probably just about scrape by when it comes to vitamins and stuff

I'm surprised a lot of the time that more people don't have scurvy

Just witnessed a colleague getting shouted at and I felt so embarrassed for him. He was having a quick cigarette break thinking that he was waiting for a bus to come in, little did he know the bus was already in and it needed fueling, so the supervisor yelled "what are you waiting for??! !!" and then lectured him. Man, I bet he felt silly.

I know you did
That's because you're a good person who thinks about other people's feelings
There's nothing wrong with that mate
