Meteorologist or Paleoanthropologist.

I would say Russian Romanticism/Realism.

Did you know that Dostoyevsky once faced a mock firing squad?

Wow, I missed a lot on here!

Angel Hair pasta is made. Everyone may help themselves! I'm just dressing it with olive oil, sun-dried tomato and a sprinkle of cheese.

Party favours: They are hostess gifts or take-away tokens, but I don't know any other meaning.

Stop a bad habit: Sometimes mine stop the way obsessions stop, but it's very hard to stop them willingly.

Bug in PacMan: (Do you mean like a glitch or virus, or an insect character?) I've played Pac Man but don't recall either.

Chupacabra: ? No comprende

Gregson: No
Julia Child: Yes
Julia and Julia: No

Kramer vs. Kramer: It was the most depressing thing I ever saw. It was on telly on New Year's eve 1979 - 1980 when I was home alone doing nothing. Almost as depressing as Mrs. Doubtfire, or maybe moreso.

Mythical creature: I don't really know mythology except for Medusa and Unicorns, so I vote unicorn.

pjscrab: Yes, I did a red-eye and got home Sunday morning.

Apothecary: of course.

What's your favorite genre of fiction?

My callings are twofold:
To work with Ann Dinsdale as the Principal Curator of the BPM, and to be a leading Brontë scholar.

Genres:
19C Gothic literature, British Romanticism and Sesame Street.

I stand corrected, Isabella. Your definition is the right one.

I guess I'll have to be whacked with a Wet Noodle :P

Do you like plaid shirts with hounds-tooth pants?

I have a pair of cropped houndstooth pants. My friend calls them my Audrey pants, as in Hepburn. lol.

With a plaid shirt it would look very late 60s indeed!

Have you seen many Audrey Hepburn movies?

I probably have....but I didn't know the actress was Audrey Hepburn at the time.

Ever see the Saturday Night Live sketch "Wild and Crazy Guys?" With Dan Ackroyd and Steve Martin?

Of course!! !

I'm a bit of a classic SNL junkie and I was obsessed with Aykroyd / Belushi / Blues Brothers.

Do you remember Belushi's skit about feeding fingertips to wolverines?
I can never find that one.

At the cinema? I'm not sure tbh. I saw Star Wars and JAWS on first release, but I'm sure there were some before that. I don't really know.

In terms of TV I don't know either. There was no such thing as VCR or DVD or recording anything, so people just watched whatever happened to be airing. I remember being afraid of Wizard of Oz because of the witch taking Toto. Also I tried to watch Sound of Music but always had to go to bed too early and wasn't allowed.

Scruffy was my first, know that for sure. The Land Before Time was soon after. Loved them both.

First movie in the cinema was Aladdin, when I was 4.

The first movie I remember really "getting" fully was "Airport," in 1970, when I was 9.

I somewhat got "Chitty-Chitty Bang Bang" when I was 7. And "Oliver!" at the same age.

Same question.

I love Land Before Time :)

I remember one at the cinema called Apple Dumpling Gang. I went with my cousins in Philadelphia. What year would that be?

Chitty is another one that I've never seen fully because I always had to go to bed.

I don't know what movie was the first I watched. It might have been when my mom took me to the cinema to see Ronja Røverdatter when I was 7.

No, I wouldn't much like to be king or queen. I would love to not worry about money and having huge dwellings with all the space in the world, but I would absolutely hate for my life to be public knowledge, having paparazzi following me, and everyone knows who I am. I'm a very private person and just wanna be left alone, so that'd be pure hot firey place for me.

and yeah, I know apothecary. We say apotek here. Couldn't believe it first time I heard drug store!
