I saw something I can only describe as a ghost when I was about 17. A fully formed man in my house, in full colour, who lasted maybe 30 seconds and vanished silently.

I saw something similar too although my parents think it was a hallucination caused by the drug i was using. I also had a Very scary dream recently which i felt definitely wasn't normal.

@Isabella:,I really hope it doesn't happen again too i actually went to my parents house the day after since i was scared to sleep.
My vision lasted for three or for seconds maybe, i just saw someone looking at me from the door of my bedroom, i thought it was my dad and called his name but "he" didn't answer then the door silently closed.
Thank you so much, you're so kind! this is for a government job i want to apply though it's not certain that they'll call me for an interview.

I watch some scary movies and eat good food, that's it.

It isn't normal to celebrate Halloween in my country.

I take an aspirin a day per my doc's suggestion. Otherwise no pain meds.
