(((kura))) awareness is the first step. then acceptance and action. baby steps. yard by yard, it's hard. inch by inch, it's a cinch.

i'm a bit obsessed with brazilian alt-right youtube videos and discussing on their comments. it's obviously dumb as those people don't really want to debate anything, but i feel really nervous they can't see how their logics are wrong. it's making me sad but i can't ignore this people exist.

I feel like my life might finally be coming together. I thought I'd be a lot more stressed having graduated from training and being on my own, but it kinda just gets a little more exciting... because I'm on my own and in control of my schedule and how I work. Also away from that nasty narcissist. I saw something on Facebook about aspies being angry over the smallest things like the way a sock is folded. Its not about how the sock is folded; its about being in control in your life and if all you can control is how the sock is folded then so be it. The anxiety comes off as anger and weakness. So I guess I've been so sensitive and stressed the past two years because of work I felt completely drained and now I feel free and in control. Crazy stuff. Maybe one day my life will return to its better condition. The feeling has passed already

That people are adults on the outside but inside were all just little children.

It's good, helped with my monitor tan. I even have the color cranked way down since I must crash momentarily. :tired:

Just goes to show doesn't it how much control can change our lives.

I am so pleased you are finally getting some peace.

Does this mean you are sleeping any better at night?

If not, perhaps that will come.

Hello again, hoping that everyone in the thread is doing as best as he/she can ? I'm okay just feel that I might have lost both my debit card and library card :( :x  Never less, I've taken the strategic steps to remedy this issue. I was wondering if any of you have tend to have tactile issues, as I seem to be able to type better on flat keyboards where the keys themselves are flat not raised if this makes sense? Anyways, I really wish there was more resources available for autistic adults in my area as, most offline services are geared towards children or parents of autistic children. (sighs) Well, I'm glad to know that WrongPlanet exists
