Ooo, count me in. Twilight took over my fave vacation spot. :< As well as a pretty good book genre. And all the lunch ladies in my school district.
I wouldn't mind it so much if it kept to itself, but it's like a cancer.

blue_bean: LMAO YES JUST LIKE THAT.

I didn't like Twilight as a film, never read the books so I cannot comment on that. And I really didn't understand the big hype over Robert Pattison, I think he's a bit of a drip.

Ah Twilight is kind of sad, barely vampires, more of superheros that hapen to suck blood and look pretty under sunlight. Lately I have been thinking about some of ausome anime/manga vampires from such series as Moon Phase, Karin(Chibi Vampire), Rosario + Vampire and of course Hellsing. They can be quite cool, a necesity in most of them include breaking into a vampire mode for bloodlust and a weakness to sunlight or water.

I like to think they rock much better in some way. Want a vampire that can go from nice looking to monster hard to past you have Rosario's Tsukune who nearly eats his friends, or Hellsing's Alucard, who can go from aristocrat to psychotic monster, as what legends had. They were all much more interesting then tragic animal feeding on sparkling superhero.

The guy from "Hannibal Rising" could make a good Edward, he's MUCH better than pansyson.

watched the first movie, it was watchable but I could see it was aimed at a female teen audience, which as a 23 year old male would be out of the target group.

I can't really say that I hate it, because I haven't watched one episode. It's not something that I'd sit down and watch, anyways. I'm sure that there are people who feel the same way about my genre of music, so I'm careful to pick my words, here.

Oh god don't get me started on this >.<''

Right. A long time ago, me and my friends used to be obsessed with the Twilight series. The books.

Nobody knew about them except us, nobody in my school spoke about them at all.

Then... the film came out.

What do I start to hear? "Kyaaaa!! !! ! Robbie Pattinson is my Edward Cullen!! !! ! Bite me!! !!"

The film was COMPLETELY wrong. SO many things were wrong about it. And it ruined EVERYTHING I had for the series.

The mere word Twilight now makes me feel physically sick and horrified.

Yes, I'm one of those people who think it's overrated.
i agree on some points,
but disagree on others

i agree that there was way too much hype
i agree that the first movie sucked balls

however, i've also heard the first movie had a low budget
which was prolly why it was so terrible and cheesy
the trailers for the second looked good however
and from what i've heard from those who have seen it, it's good.
also, the only reason, twilight got so much hype was because the book series was so good.
have you read the books? don't be so quick to write it off if you haven't.
the book series is seriously still one of my favorites, even if ALL the movies turn out to be crap.
and for good reason.

I hate you right now, America. Although you bring so much quality content, once in a while you send something so foul, so horrible our way, like this. Our government forces us to finance our public TV channels, who are now covering this crapfest of a movie, and the stupid whores standing in line for it! :x

I think this kind of s**t is why people resort to terrorist attacks. The world would... Actually, scratch that. The entertainment industry would be a better place if sh***y content had consequences. For example: You cannot go and see tWHYlight 2 if any cinemas showing it are mysteriously burned to the ground. Well, we can all dream.
